Moors’ & Robson’s

Hull's two largest breweries were the Hull Brewery Co and Moors' & Robson's. In these pages I will be illustrating those breweries (and a few others) in the form of their ephemera - the throwaway stuff that was never valued at the time, but which now forms a colourful reminder of a time when there was no such thing as a supermarket and beer was drank in the pub or brought home in bottles or jugs. This first section features bottle labels from my own collection.
